Create a way for Spotify to help emerging artists build a fanbase.

With the rise of short form content platforms like Tik Tok the ability to really connect with emerging artists and build a solid fan base is at an all time low. The attention spans of Gen Z in this digital age is simply not the same as previous generations. Considering Gen Z doesn’t have physical places to build community with artist they love outside of their tours, we decided to tap into their love for nostalgia and bring back the vibe of shows like TRL, 106&Park, and MTV Unplugged with “The Spot” a physical and digital space to engage artists and fans with one another through personal interaction and emotional connection.
